Install the WordPress plugin
Download the Plugin Pilot plugin zip and upload it to each WordPress site you want to manage (Plugins → Add new → Upload plugin). It's a small gateway, no business logic runs locally, so it stays light.

Copy the Connect Code
Open the plugin's Settings page in your WordPress admin. You'll see a Connect Code, a one-time identifier that ties your sites to your Plugin Pilot account.

Sign up to the portal
Create your customer account, paste the Connect Code, and pick a plan. Every site that uses the same code joins your fleet automatically.
